Birth Doula
This is a traditional in-person service. Includes 2 prenatal visits for birth and postpartum planning, unlimited text/phone support, unlimited labor/birth support, 2 postpartum visits.

Virtual Doula
I offer the unique opportunity for clients who would like virtual support. This is perfect for anyone who lives out of my service area and/or wants to have fewer people in the room during birth but wants all the support of a doula. This service has the same features as my traditional Birth Doula services.

Custom Childbirth Education
I offer customized childbirth education services for my clients. This is available as a stand-alone or add-on service and is available in person (if you live in my service area) or virtually. I offer evidence based education and I believe that an educated parent is able to approach birth confidently not fearfully.

Women Supporting Women
This is for any mother/sister/friend who has been asked to attend a birth and wants to be the best support person they can. Whether you simply need a refresher and tips or it’s all brand new to you, I’d love to work with you. This custom program is typically offered virtually and I can accommodate multiple people in each session.
